Care: Hang dry after each use. Machine wash warm as needed. Avoid chlorine bleach and phosphate detergents. Tumble dry low or air-dryable if hanging free from any objects in well ventilated area. Hemp is naturally mold/mildew resistant. However, mildew can grow on any untreated fabric that is allowed to remain damp or wet. We recommend the following actions to help avoid mildew and ensure your shower curtain stays beautiful for many years:
1. Allow fabric to dry and hang freely when drying, direct sunlight ok,
2. Pre-soak curtain in water with 1/2 cup white distilled vinegar before
washing to kill any mildews or discolorations if they should appear,
3. Use a liner on the shower side of the fabric curtain, OR...
4. Treat curtain with moisture-repellant product before using or washing.
