Position Overview: Works closely with Plant Manager, Production Manager, Lab Supervisor, and Safety Monitor in a team environment in coordinating and scheduling maintenance program to maximize plant performance. Responsibilities: • Develop, train, and supervise maintenance personnel. • Develop appropriate vendor and contractor contacts and fully utilize a CMMS System to insure plant performance and safety. Qualifications: • 5 to 10 years industrial processing and/or process flow maintenance experience required (ethanol experience a big advantage). • 2 Year Associates Degree • Direct supervisory experience Preferred Requirements: • Knowledge of maintenance for centrifuges, pumps, drying equipment, boilers, cooling towers, chiller, air compressors, valves, electrical circuits, equipment and 4-20 milliamp instrumentation. • Boiler license or equivalent • BA/BS and/or Engineering Degree Compensation: • Medical Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life and AD&D • STD/LTD & Long Term Care • Supplemental Life/AD&D • 401K, Roth & Company Match • Flex Medical/Dependent Care • Vacation/Sick/Holidays To Apply: If you are interested in working with us, please send a brief cover letter and your resume (or job application) to our Human Resource Manager.
