Our office is seeking an Architectural Designer with at least 3+ years of professional experience. Position Overview: Our work environment is highly creative and requires collaborative thinkers who will take the initiative. The right candidate is committed to excellence in the design and construction process. They are powerful time managers, effective communicators, and initiate their contributions to the design and documentation process. Responsibilities: • participate in projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documentation • creation and development of design concepts • physical and digital modelling and drawing of design concepts • creation of details from design concepts • construction documentation of the project Qualifications: • Undergraduate degree from an architectural program accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Boards (NAAB). • minimum 3 years of experience with commercial projects • proficiency in Autocad and 3D modelling programs (Rhino or Autocad 3d Max preferred) • proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • excellent physical modelling skills • 1.5 years experience creating construction documentation • legal work status in the United States.
