H2 Ecodesign is a sustainable design consulting firm that specializes in LEED Consulting, Sustainable Product Consulting and Speaking/Training Overview of Position: : Team Leader/Project Manager Responsibilities: : Lead the people and project work flow and teaming for portfolio of projects; orchestrate mentoring and training; facilitate the project and consulting work; further develop internal infrastructure systems; respond to potential new work and develop marketing as needed; track profit/revenue/margins per project. Qualifications: : Ten years experience in the building industry field (design/construction); minimum of 7 years experience with managing people and projects (multiple complex projects and client relations); strong work ethic and sound judgment; exceptional communication (verbal/written), facilitation and interpersonal skills; ability to respond/communicate quickly, effectively and prioritize work; commitment to fiscal and scheduling responsibilities; positive "can do" attitude. Additionally, we need someone with LEED AP status and a minimum of two LEED projects in which applicant gained "hands-on" experience. This person must have a passion for the environment and a desire to make a difference. Compensation and Other Details: : Compensation will be based on experience, with potential for incentives; some minimal travel will be required.
