These courses cover: Overview of Green Building Concepts, Sustainable Building Materials and Design, Green Certifications, Energy Efficient Mortgages and Energy Ratings, and more!

Upon completion of course, each profession will have the GL which is the first level of the series called Green Leadership - which can be used in your marketing materials:

A Real Estate Licensee, will achieve the "Green Certified Real Estate Professional" (GCREP-GL) approved now in Florida, Illinois, and Louisiana for 3 hours of Continuing Education Credits.

Home Inspectors will certify for the "Green Certified Home Inspector" (GCHI-GL) approved by ASHI and NAHI for 4 hours of Continuing Education Credits.

Mortgage Professionals will achieve the "Green Certified Mortgage Professional" (GCMP-GL) Being looked at by NAMB and MBA.

Real Estate Appraiser will obtain a "Green Certified Real Estate Appraiser" (GCREA-GL) Approved in Florida for 4 hours of Continuing Education Credits.

Second Level Courses will be available in 2008 and continue through 2010.
